Our payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment providers. We manage all customer service inquiries and refund requests directly.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. This means:

  • You can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase
  • The 14-day period starts from the date of purchase
  • This applies to first-time subscribers only
  • No questions asked - we'll process your refund promptly

Subscription Renewals

For subscription renewals after the initial 14-day period:

  • Refunds are generally not provided for renewal periods
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to services until the end of the paid period

Pay-As-You-Go and Usage Charges

For usage-based charges and API overage fees:

  • Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • We may issue credits for service disruptions or billing errors
  • Consumed resources are generally non-refundable
  • Disputed charges should be reported within 30 days

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services already consumed or API calls already made
  • Partial month refunds for cancelled subscriptions
  • Setup fees or one-time charges
  • Enterprise custom development work
  • Add-on services after the initial 14-day period
  • Charges due to your violation of our Terms & Conditions

Service Credits

Instead of refunds, we may offer service credits for:

  • Extended service outages (beyond our SLA commitment)
  • Billing errors discovered after 30 days
  • As goodwill gestures for service issues

Service credits are applied to your account and used against future charges. They cannot be exchanged for cash refunds.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include your account email and order/invoice number
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days

We handle all payment-related issues and refund requests directly through our support team.

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within:

  • 5-7 business days for credit/debit cards
  • 7-10 business days for other payment methods
  • The refund will appear on your original payment method

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Accounts with active chargebacks may be suspended until the dispute is resolved.
