# Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes when refunds are available for paid subscriptions to the Wacht platform provided by Intellinesia Labs (OPC) Private Limited. It supplements the [Terms & Conditions](/terms); in the event of a conflict, the Terms control.

## 1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are a first-time subscriber to a paid plan, you may request a full refund of your initial subscription fee within fourteen (14) days of your initial purchase. The 14-day window starts on the date of the first successful charge for the subscription.

## 2. Eligibility

The money-back guarantee applies to:

- The first paid subscription on an account
- Requests submitted within 14 days of the initial charge
- Accounts in good standing and not in breach of the Terms

The money-back guarantee does not apply to:

- Renewal charges of an existing subscription
- Upgrades, add-ons, overage charges, or usage-based fees incurred after the initial purchase
- Custom or one-time professional services, including implementation, migration, or onboarding work
- Accounts terminated for breach of the Terms
- Repeated refund requests on new accounts created to circumvent these limits

## 3. Cancellations Outside the Refund Window

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation prevents future renewals. Fees already paid for the current billing period are not refunded after the 14-day window, and the Services remain available through the end of that paid period.

## 4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within the 14-day window and include:

1. The email address on your account
2. The invoice or order number for the charge
3. A brief description of the reason for the request

## 5. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5 to 10 business days once approved, depending on your payment provider and bank. We may verify identity and account ownership before processing a refund. Once a refund is issued, the associated subscription is cancelled and access to the Services ends.

## 6. Exceptions

Where applicable law requires a different refund right (for example, statutory cooling-off rights for consumers in certain jurisdictions), that legal right applies in addition to this policy.
